Joy Chik is a technology executive, board director, and leadership advisor with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling global technology platforms. She currently serves on the Board of Directors at PayPal and advises companies on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and cybersecurity. Previously, Joy was President of Identity and Network Access at Microsoft, where she led one of the company’s most critical cloud security businesses serving millions of customers and billions of users worldwide.

After nearly three decades in the technology industry, Joy began exploring a new chapter focused on reflection, experimentation, and leadership beyond traditional executive roles. This is how The Knowing Moments was born.
